Backache remedies

Question

Hi 

I am 6dpo and don't want to take any painkillers as I am not sure if there is a possible pregnancy or not.
I have extreme backache and don't know what to do. Any remedies?

Tylenol (acetaminophen)  is safe. Just don't take it excessively. I use an electric heating pad. (20.00 @ CVS) It works so well, best investment during my pregnancy:)

Tylenol is "safe" but has been linked to ADHD however I certainly have had to take it a few times when I have had migraines so I completely understand the need.
