Bladder? UTI? Stretching?

I am 11 weeks and for the past 4 days, I have had a lot of pressure in my abdomen. I know stretching is normal but this feels like my bladder is going to explode. I constantly feel how it feels when you have to hold your pee for a long time. But when I go, it's just a trickle. Is my uterus pushing on my bladder or could I have an infection? It doesn't burn or hurt when I pee. Just pressure to the point of feeling sore.

I have an appt today just in case. This is my first pregnancy that has reached this point and every little twinge or change scares me. Thanks ladies. Glad to know I'm not alone. I read an article on incompetent cervix and freaked out. I need to stop Googling!!

It won't hurt to get it checked out. Sometimes, if you lean as far forward as you can while on the toilet, and pop back up... your bladder will release. I had this issue because baby was/is pushing up against my baldder. Not a fun feeling.
