I had a c section with my first and attempted to breast feed. I couldn't produce enough milk. The only thing with c sections is you are a little more groggy because of the pain meds and stuff they put you on. You also can't move that easily. But as far as breast feeding it doesn't affect that

My sister had c-sections with all three of her children and breast fed them all. The only difference I can think of is that with an epidural you tend to be a bit more groggy afterward. They do have breastfeeding support groups out there, though, which are meant to help you be more prepared and know what to expect.
