I am on my 3rd pregnancy, the last 2 were miscarriages.  We had an ultrasound last week and it looked good but so did my first 2 pregnancies at first and then when we came back there was no heartbeat.. We have another ultrasound tomorrow and I'm sooo nervous. I hope everything works out ok with you. With both of my miscarriages I never started bleeding naturally, they did a D&C. Dont give up all hope. You could have ovulated late and just too early to see a heartbeat?
