You need to be tracking your ovulation, and have sex every other day leading to it, and again for a few days after. Some women say to have your legs raised after sex etc but this, scientifically, makes no difference. The sperm gets to where it needs to get to regardless - it's just down to luck whether it catches that egg.

I would start making sure you are eating healthily and exercising regularly, too. Starting folic acid while TTC is a good step as well.

Your diet can make a difference. Drink a lot of caffine? Cut caffine out, eat healthier and quit smoking if you do now. That goes for you're partner too.

It can take some normal, healthy couple at least 1-2 years to conceive so it doesn't happen right away for most. Just have fun about it and try not stressing too much.

Track your ovulation and try not to stress about it. The more you stress the harder it is. It took mt husband and I almost 2 yrs. Once I stopped stressing about we got pregnant right away. Also try not to make a chore, make sure you and your spouse still enjoy sex. Good luck!!

After sex hang off of the bed upside down :) lol that's what I did and got pregnant right away, or it just happened to be coincidence.
