Chiropractor???

Can you go to a chiropractor when pregnant?   I am 17 weeks 4 days and pretty sure I have a pinched nerve that is killing me.   Not sure what I can do to relieve the back pain.   Tylenol doesn't help much.

I saw one my entire last pregnancy, and I was just fine. I had to see him once a week to try and relieve my pubic pain while walking or sitting.

How about physical therapy? Try that instead ask for a referral. I have PGP and thought it was a pinched nerve. The physical therapist confirmed it was PGP ans I have physical therapy to help with it at keast once a week. Unless it gets worse then I have to go in sooner.

Yes, I went just last week and I'm 33 weeks... just make sure you go to one who has experience with pregnant women.... they cant do the full treatment because they are limited to the positions they can do, especially since you cant lay on your belly
