Contractions?

So, I'm getting contractions (they still feel like braxton hicks though) but they're every 30 minutes or so... And every time I get one a few seconds after it starts my baby starts moving around.  Is that normal? Do you think baby is actually moving or is my stomach.moving him/her.

I'm 40+4 so I know real ones are coming I just don't know/think these are the real deal?

Keep an eye on it. ... They usually do start every half hour and t then decrease to every 15-20,10 minutes, etc. If they're getting more painful, longer and closer together you know it's the real deal. Good luck and best wishes!

I was having them 30 minutes apart for most of the afternoon yesterday then they stopped by the late evening.  That's 2 times getting false labor since Thursday.   I don't think my babies moved around during contractions. . And during active labor they barely move at all.   Natural labor does start out with minimally painful contractions far apart.   Hope they get organized and becomes real labor for you!

They say they are real if they are so painful that you stop in your tracks.  My Dr. Told me to remember 5-1-1. 5 minutes apart,  1 minute ling for 1 hour then its Time to go in :)
