Dialation Question
I'm getting checked at my appointment today and I wanted to know if any of you were dialated without any symptoms/signs. I haven't had any contractions or lost my mucus plug. Could I be dialated anyway or should I keep my expectations low?
I'm at 2cm and 50% effaced! I can't believe it!
I had nothing but some cramps here n there an was almost 3 cm dilated the 1st time they checked me. I dilated to 5 on my own before going into labor (I actually had to be induced) so its possible to dilate on your own without knowing!! Eat lots of fresh pineapple! It helps.
