Good luck with everything and definitely mention it to your doctor. I have I B S and definitely can relate. I have a much calmer job this year... T A instead of a teacher and I have felt so much better. I get very reactive to stress. I can't recommend anything but Tylenol and rest. Try to avoid stress / anger triggers and sugar whenever possible. I know this can be difficult. Caffeine and sugar are delicious but can wreak havoc on a touchy tummy. Soda is especially bad! Water, juices, teas caffeinated or decaf, flavored waters, a little Canada dry ginger ale now and then and lemonade have been life savers for me. I do not have more than a half of a glass of soda like twice a week tops.... Root beer or teacher Canada dry ginger ale which has real ginger in it according to my doctors. I read about this stuff online. And I personally feel better from these tricks. Oh also get plenty of sleep. My stomach is worse if I am tired! I hope this helps. My doctors seem great but were useless when discussing diarrhea. They said, "Youb should be constipated. " literally three said that. S M H! Be well! A happy and healthy pregnancy for you and us all! :)
I'm sorry you have been having this problem. Hopefully you are staying hydrated which is the key with diarrhea. If it continues, you begin to feel run down, etc. then I'd mention this chronic issue to your doctor with a phone call if it isn't time for you to go see him yet this month. good luck
