..goes back to the movie **john q**   ..alot of  people are not genuine about their work.....they just do whatever for the MONEY... Instead of doing it the right way  ..For LOVE...and care of others.  Intuition  is real.....and  it is very obvious...how SOME operate....

Gemgemninja is correct though,  my doctor did the same thing to me except the baby wasn't in distress.  He kept telling me my son was going to be a huge baby and seeing I am only 4'10 there was no way I could give birth vaginally.  The time he told me this was around 10pm, because he wanted to go home! My son weighed 6 pounds 15 ounces!!! Now that I have a midwife, they are allowing me to have a vbac

Gemgemninja2 it is common that baby is in distress, so I don't believe they are telling you for no reason. Also its not like they get to go home once you give birth, if they are the Dr on call most places they are required to stay on site regardless of if they have a patient or not. Drs are also investigated if a certain percent of the deliveries they do are csections so most of them don't do it unnecessarily because if they get audited they need to prove that they were done out of medical necessity.

Mine did and we're very competent in answering all of my questions. My doctors office have 3 in their practice and 2 of them were in the delivery room when I delivered and the other one checked on me the next day and discharged me (personal request to stay as short of time as possible- the min was 24 hours after delivery... I was there 25.5-the extra 1.5 was cause I ordered dinner and ate)

No kidding. Remember the time of day they tell you things to like...you been in labor for 3 hours and look its now 400pm on a Friday night. Guess what...you baby is in distress and you need a c section. Do you really need that or do they just want to go home already. Look at statistics when the most c sections are.

I can personally tell....alot are not genuine....and they rather go off of what other doctors say...about you (being dilated)...than doing  their job... From my experiences....They are bad actors...(some of them)...especially ..being that pregnant women get on their nerves!...
