There is nothing really but to wait for your second trimester... because i didn't have any energy at all during my first, sleep was my best friend. Don't worry it will get better hun.
Well...every email about pregnancy I get says to walk or exercise. It supposedly brings you a longer lasting energy boost than anything you could eat/drink. Obviously, eating healthy is a great idea. Like the ladies above stated, you will definitely get more energy in the second trimester.
I'm in my second trimester and got some energy back. Whereas in the first trimester...thinking made me tired. I procrastinated BIG time. Hang in there...
You usually get more energy with the 2nd trimester :)
I eat dates and figs with a cup of milk everyday. It helps me boost my energy. Try that!
