Exercise

I have a very physical job. I'm on my feet for 10-12 hours a night nearly constantly walking/moving around. I'm being reminded over and over to exercise, but honestly all I want to do after work is shower and rest. Is that bad? I feel like a lazy bum, but I'm moving so much at work. Any opinions?

Wow I think you'll be exhausted if you were to exercise on top of those long shifts lol, you need to do what's best for you, listen to your body, of your tired sleep. I sure wouldn't be excercising on top of those long nights ;) if I want to do some exercise I find swimming the most relaxing

:-) glad to hear that. Lol. I would walk to work (I only have a three minute drive), but I work overnights, and I feel it's unsafe.

That's not lazy at all!! As much as they say keep active, they also say rest & take it easy! So I think u have the balance right :) I walk to work & back & when I get home I have a 15 min power nap b4 I get my other kids from school! I just can't keep my eyes open!! U no what ur body needs & if saying rest, then rest! X
