Feel stupid for asking...Chest congestion?

What can I take for it? I. Am. Miserable! And a week before my due date? Could the timing be any better!? LOL!!

But really, what can I take for serious chest congestion and runny nose? Tylenol cold/sinus does nothing to help get rid any kind of yuckness.

Also if you have any natural remedies that will clear it up quickly or help the pressure in my chest, let me know!! I am desperate for relief.

Thanks in advance.

I have just got over a chest infection which I've had for 16 days. I went to the doctor and she advised to stay in the warm, inhale steam 4-5 times a day and take paracetamol.
It was a pain having to inhale steam so often, but it worked! I just boiled the kettle, poured the water in a bowl and put my head over it with a towel. Was quite relaxing!

I just suffered through it with lots of hot showers and a vicks vaporizer. Musinex refular is something you can take if the congestion is in your head as well.
