Similac sensitive is great but I agree with seeing what works for your baby but both my girls I started out with similac sensitive and itworked great. My sister in law tried the similac advanced first and my nephew got a terrible rash but then my niece has acid reflux so she on something completely different
I like Gerber good start gentle. I will be using it for the third time. Its easy on their belly. Good luck!
My baby can't do infamil infant, she does very well on parents choice. But all babies are different you just have to test them with your baby.
I like the idea of putting money to the side for the diapers and formula. My son tolerated formula fine but then developed gerd and had to be put on a special one so I am not going to buy any right away with this one. I'm also going to "try" and breastfeed this one (I couldnt my son because I developed a severe infection during labor and the medicine they gave me after he was born made it to where it wasn't safe for him, but it saved my life and reproductive system!)
My doctor said they are all the same thing, but some will have different effects.
Yea I wouldn't start buying because baby might not tolerate it my daughter hated powder milk so I had to get liquid. I wsnted to start buyi. Diapers but sumtimes thier skin is allergic to certain brands I'm doin wat camerinj sugested jus put mony aside like as if u wud by 1 can
instead of buying it now, why don't you just get a shopping card and load it with the price of a.can of formula everytime you would buy one? that way you are still.stocking up early, but since you can't return formula.you aren't taking any risks
Similar is great. The have one that is called supplement I think and its suppose to be really good. I did similar my son hated enfamil
I wouldn't buy too much yet. Most babies tolerate formula very well and it's not a big deal but some don't and require some experimentation. Similac Advance and Enfamil newborn/infant are your basic "pepsi-coke" of infant formula they are the big names and are pretty well tolerated by most babies. Again though I would buy too much (no more than a week's worth) because you want to make sure baby will do well with it. Some require a sensitive formula, some only tolerate ready to feed and not powder, and some may need soy or one with more broken down milk proteins.
