Friendly advice! :)

I know we all give our advice but I feel the best advice I can give anyone is...

1) it's better to shy on the cautious side than to chance it. Call your Dr and if they don't respond quickly enough for your liking, go the labor and delivery. Waiting could result in more harm in the long run. I was in a fender bender and waited three hrs to get a call back from the on call obgyn about what to do. When the ob called I was already checked in to the er. Everything was okay but I couldn't stand waiting at home just incase something was wrong and I couldn't tell.

2) you know your body better than any Dr or midwife or nurse or friend or family member. If you feel like something is wrong trust your instincts. And if your Dr, midwife, or nurse doesn't listen find a second opinion.

I hope this helps anyone who is questioning or second guessing themselves. And remember there are no stupid or silly questions! :)
