I failed my one hour so bad my doctor told me I would never pass my three hour. So now I check my blood sugar levels four times a day. If I can't keep them under control I will have to use insulin.

I horribly failed my 1 hour AND my 3 hour (96/210/234/129). I was sent to a diabetes educator. I take my blood sugar 4 times a day. Doctor checked all the data I had collected over two weeks of diet restrictions to see if I need meds or insulin. I'm doing great after 4 weeks of just watching what I eat. GD ***** but once you give birth it goes away.

First off, it's common to fail the 1 hour but pass the 3 hour,  so i wouldn't worry
I failed my first test but passed the 3 hour one
if you fail the 3 hour test, you will see a nutritionist and be put on a diet. If you can't control your sugar level with diet, you will be put on insulin.
