Homemade laundry detergent

We have been making our own powder detergent for awhile now. The ingredients are: ivory unscented soap, naptha (a bar of stain removal soap), borax, and baking soda wash. Are any of these considered unsafe to use on newborn clothes?

No. My son was born with eczema so I used a similar recipe but turned mine liquid instead of powder. I also used zote soap bar but all the other ingrediants are the same.
