The baby is moving trying to get out. It moves about the same as normal.
Oh totally! Im curious, so let me know if baby moves at all. Good luck to you, mama, you're getting close.
Ok thank you for helping me.
Oohhh 37 weeks. If youre still feeling the back contractions do what you can to try and relax those hips and rock the baby around. If there is a particular food or drink that baby likes, that gets him/her moving, and try and coerce, its kind of all you can do to relieve the pain.
I will be 37 weeks Tuesday.
Hey beautiful....I had back contractions with my first son. I found that kneeling in a chair....preferably a wing backed chair or on your couch and swaying your bottom slowly from side to side while breathing deeply in through your nose and exhaling through your mouth helps.
Mine just felt like a really bad pain like a cramp in my lower back. It would come and go like contractions, and was very regular and you could time it the same way as regular contractions just in the back instead. I had it through my whole labor with my first, never felt a normal contraction, and definitly couldnt sit or anything while having one. It was pretty rough!
How far along are you again? And how's the baby's movement?
Its all my back when it happens and having to poo alot. Its really bad too when I have to go because I get them when I use the bathroom too. At first I thought it was braxton hicks but its not. I had those under my belly. Glad I know what they are now. And my right foot wont go down at all. But my left will.
Good morning, Lady! Ugh! I had 24 hours of back contractions with #2 (lol considering where it hurt). I was miserable but he just wouldnt turn, so every time I felt one coming I'd stand over a counter leg more than shoulderwidth apart and rock my hips side to side. It took a while but finally he rolled. He's 11 now and we tease him about directions and trying to come out my rear end! Really thats how it feels, low back menstrual cramping and having to poo....glamorous, right?
