What about choosing a different style dress.....
wow! thanks all for the time taken to respond. I would check the spank.com and ask my doctor if it is safe....if it is not, then i would enjoy the moment showing off my baby bump.*winks*
Sorry. I for got one. I bought this a week ago for a dress I bought. Its at destination maternity .com. its a strapless, seamless slip. It comes in a dark nude color and is $39.50. Sizes small medium and large. I'm holding twins and have a nice size bump for 15 weeks. Feels great and soon comfortable. Would be great for a wedding dress. Stops mid thigh.
They are called mama spanks. Spanks.com has them
They have body shapes for pregnant women all it really does is smooth the back and sides and add support to your baby bump. Light weight and comfortable. I wear one and doc said its fine as long as they are light weight and breathable and doesn't push the belly in.
Well, I think the VERY last thing you should do is postpone the wedding over something like how a dress looks.
In the grand scheme of life, putting priorities in order, how the dress looks is the least important thing here. What's most important is choosing the right man, having your friends and family there to witness and support you in your life journey, and having a stable and loving home when your baby comes.
i agree, i wouldn't go for it. you'll just be uncomfortable the whole time. i think a baby bump is beautiful and i'm sure your guests will agree. i think no one will notice it as much as you and that one your wedding day your harshest critic is yourself. so i would say, accept your beautiful body and share your womanly curves on your special day.
if it really bothers you then i say post pone. you want to enjoy your wedding and you want to enjoy your pregnancy (not hide it)
Nope not good at all, if your worried about your baby bump which will be much bigger in 4 weeks, why don't you post pone the wedding till after the birth.
I agree. It's really not a good idea to compress your belly. Your body and baby needs all that room during pregnancy.
I don't think its recommend at all. And personally I wouldnt. I would ask your doctor or midwife.
