How to help dilate ?

I'm 36w, no more plug, baby's positioned, been having small contractions for a while but not dilated ...
Dr says she can come Anyday that there's no way I'm making my due date.. And if there's no Baby by next week he'll induce me cause I'm to lil for her.
Anyways.... I really want to Jumpstart labor instead of being induced, dr gave the ok that I can try to Jumpstart. But WHAT DO I DO!?
I've tried squats, castor oil, some walkinq, raspberry tea, spicy food, pineapples, almonds and I'm just not getting anywhere...
I'm a single mom, so no sex..
What else can I do ? Is there a certain thing I can do to dilate ? I really need help :/

Chances are dangerous when you're water breaks, if you don't start labor naturally.  Didn't think losing your mucus plug increased chance if infection. ?

Have you seen a doc at all?  My friend who's a nurse said you need to see doc asap when you lose your plug,  it increases the chance of infection and they'll also tell you what you can and should do to help progress labor.  Good luck ♡ :)

Even though you can't have sex with a partner you can still masturbate the oxtine from your orgasm is what helps dilate. The male only helps if your not softened yet and his sperm is what helps soften.
