Ditto here. I'm at 11 weeks, FTM, and I'm starving like all the time! But I've found that having small snacks on healthy things every so often helps a ton. I agree with 3mama2014 its about making healthy choices. I haven't added any pounds yet, maybe cuz of smaller portions had more frequently?
Im in same boat im 13 weeks and have already put on 9 pounds aaaa! Just know when baby is born u can loos it and feel better once the weather gets nicer and you get past the sicky no energy part you will feel better but try not to stress to much about weight even thoe its easyer said than done lol I try to tell my self that my body is my baby's for 9 months and if that means packn on more weight then required then so be it ;) evreyones body is different and I eat what makes me feel good ;) just stay active once u start feeln better and you will be okay happy healthy pregnancys♡
I'm in the same boat with this pregnancy(3)... I also did it with my 2nd pregnancy but with my son I lost weight ... I think it's mostly about making good choices in what we eat
