Husband likes to use condoms
So for some odd reason since I've been pregnant my husband has to use a condom. Idk why but I hate it. I've told him he is weird because when he is suppose to use them he doesn't lol. Well we had sex last night and I had zero contractions. Is it because sex is not the same when you use a condom? I don't know if anyone might know the answer to this but if you do plz help.
Sperm is what can bring labour on nearer your due date, so stop his stupid habit later on
I just dont get why he wants to wear a condom AFTER he already got you pregnant... especially since this is not his 1st child... he should know that his sperm will help soften the cervix and can jump start labor... he can use condoms after the baby is born
I've never heard of sperm hurting the baby. If that was the case doctors wouldn't tell you to have sex to try and start labor. In fact they would tell you not to have sex for 9 months.
We are only 23 yrs old and are finally trying to be wise and not continue to populate if we are not ready for more kids.
I'm 38+3 weeks and I've never heard of sperm hurting the baby not even by my ob's. I'm mean to but I choose to trust my husband as he trusts me. Before when I was in high school I would be upset about him wearing a condom if he was using them while I'm pregnant. I was only curious to see if anyone else's partners were using condoms and even if they were did they start contracting. Ty for ya'lls opinions.
The sperm can actually hurt the baby and it can cause you pain or contractions hats what my GO told me, and trust me ive been threw that and that pain is really uncomfortable i actually ended up in the hospital.SO thats why my husband uses a condom everytime.Im 30weeks 5days
If my husband wanted to wear condoms when I actually needed and wanted his sperm I can and would do with out it! There's other ways ask ur doc to sweep ur membranes and he's fixen to go awhile with out it anyway so I would tell him he's going to start now! I'm not nice and when u got pregnant he wasn't so careful so eather he can help u or go help himself! Lol
Well I just asked him and he said he's being wise this time and using protection instead of it just being me taking precaution. He said before he didn't use condoms when we were young and I got pregnant. This time around it wasn't planned either. I was on the Iud and I had it removed in Nov.2012 because we wanted a baby but I think it was because he was away for training but then thought it would be better to wait till we got to where we are except we wanted to be financially stable after moving to another state. Well that didn't go as planned and I'm pregnant and we aren't 100% financially stable but are getting there. If we would have taken the precaution to at least protect ourselves we wouldn't be struggling so much. It is what it is though and we are blessed. Except we both only want 2 kids and we have reached it. I just hate that he's using condoms when I'm trying to get the benefits of his sperm for my cervix.

It might be the way if feels down there or he might be trying to get into the habit of finally wearing protection himself. I'm getting my tubes tied but both of our families have had it done and still get pregnant. I trust my husband 100% he hasn't given me a reason not to trust him. He's always home, calls me during his lunch, and comes straight home after work. If he has to stay at work longer due to his job in the Army he calls me from work not his cell.
I just asked my husband and he said it feels different down there when I'm pregnant. But he doesn't mind. Maybe it's the difference that's making your husband wear a condom.

Your a better wife then me, cause umm if that were my husband, I would of assumed the worse and it would of been bad.
Haha men are just weird i think they like to scare them selfs lol dont worry about it i think its kinda like a thing they go threw when they remember theres a baby in the belly lol i would love if my hubby wheres a condom i wouldnt mind it but he says its not the same.

I haven't asked him but on our anniversary which was on the 13th he didn't use a condom and said it felt weird like wider lol he seemed pretty creeper out but last night he used one and said it didn't feel like the last time.
That's so strange that he would start to use condoms now. But just keep on walking and squatting. That will help a lot especially during labor.

That's what I told him and he still won't budge. I'm 38+3 weeks and I'm trying to help induce labor naturally. I've been walking and squatting. Trying sex but he will not w/o a condom. I'm so irritated by it.
The sex is good "workout" but the sperm is what they say helps. Good luck.
