I am 34 weeks and im not sure if its how my son is laying or what but I keep sneezing and every time I do I pee on myself. I always stay away from drinking anything before bed so my bladder isnt even full but yet it keeps happening. I'm 28w 6d. It's been happening more and more. I got period pads. Saved me from having to wash my panties every single time I pee my pants(every day) this is my fourth pregnancy though. But also my last.

I agree with Nikkipreggo, haha its awkward but does the trick. Sneezing, coughing, laughing anything that might apply pressure to my bladder made me tinkle.

Oh yeah it happens to me also! I actually rushed myself to the hosptail thinking my waterbroke on friday lol -_- yes I know its embarrassing. But the nurses imformed me that my its the baby growth that does it. He/She is pressing on your bladder which makes that happen. You have absolutely no worries & you are not alone.

Also, when you go pee as regular, stay on the toilet a few extra minutes.
I've been surprised a couple times thinking I was done peeing and actually ended up peeing again when baby moved around while I sat there.

I happened to pee alittle at work tonight,  thank goodness I had a panty liner on. Definitely happenes to a lot of people so don't worry about it. Baby is probably low and putting each pressure on your bladder.  Especially when he kicks or punches your poor bladder is his punching/kicking bag.

One of the many great things about pregnancy. After my first it went back to normal except now I cant fully jump on a trampoline without peeing now lol.

Yes!!!! This happens to me too. I wish I knew how to stop it. I think It's just the way they are laying. I can also go to the bathroom before bed and Still have to get up twice at night. Even tho I stop drinking. Or if I don't go to bed soon after going I have to go again. I can't wait til he arrives! I'm 32 weeks and 5 days. I'm tired of always going!!

Wear a pad. I know it sounds silly but it works. This happens to almost everyone.  You are not alone :)
