I think it's stress! Please Help!!!

On September 26th I had sex unprotected about 2-3 weeks ago I had cramping for a few days, I felt like vomiting but didn't, my boobs were tender. Also I use the bathroom I wiped and it had milky white discharge with blood for a day the next day was only milky white discharge without blood only for a day. As of now I'm sleeping a lot and my period was suppose to come yesterday but never showed up and today it didn't show up do you think I'm stressing or could I be pregnant the only symptoms now are  no appetite, discharge and yesterday I took a three hour nap I never take naps also I'm so out of breathe when I'm walking to and from the car (lol) Im so sleepy but won't allow myself to sleep. I took a pregnancy test last night and today around 11ish they both were negative. Also it feels like tugging on my vagina and it feels like I'm about to come on my period but nothing happens and I feel like my boobs are full, and tender like and it feels something is in there, my nipples gets hard and pointy  and they hurt every time I try to push my nipples down and I'm not even cold. And other than I ate today and it felt like I was going to vomit, but nothing came also lower back pain really all over back pain  What could this be?

Wait a week and take a digital home test in the morning.  If you're very early on, then the tests where you read lines will be inconsistent.  I ran into that issue and would hate for you to get frustrated after already being stressed.

Yeah true, but sometimes in life you encounter a rude person here and there, simply ignore and move on.

U need to take test with first pee of the morning... u may be making ur body think ur pregnant with all the stress. U seem to have a lot of symptoms that don't don't show up in the first couple weeks. Most people don't even know they are pregnant until they miss period but no symptoms. I'm on my 3rd and I didn't know until a week after missed period. Unless it was planned then u wouldn't know before that I would think.

You're very welcome. I don't know why people feel the need to respond rudely to a clear and simple question.

First morning urine should give you a clear result at this point. I got a positive result with a dollar store test at 3w4d - no way you should have to wait another week to get an accurate result when you're already late.
Stress can do terrible things to your body. Whether you're pregnant or not, try to take a deep breath and go about your normal routine.

Wait a week after missed period and test first thing in the morning. If you still haven't started call your doc and request a blood test.
