Increase Vag. discharge with cramping..

So this is my 3rd pregnancy, and I have recently started having an increased amount of watery discharge along with cramping in my lower back. Is that normal? With this pregnancy it has been 100% different then my other 2 so its throwing me off a bit...should I be concerned??

Check with your dr before doing any Monistat or anything.  Any kind of vaginal treatment is safest in the second trimester.

I had the same issue and tested negative for infection. To be on the safe side i did a 1day treatment of monistat. Cleared right up. Ive had discharge and cramping here and there since but im sure its normal:)

It depends on how far along you are.  In first trimester, cramping can be normal.  The baby is just burrowing in and getting comfy.  Ok, not really the baby-- more like the placenta, plus you can expect sharp twinges here and there cause by stretching of the uterus--called round ligament pain.  Watery discharge can be normal as well.  A lot of women have white watery-white thick discharge.  If it has a foul odor, call your OB because that can indicate a vaginal infection.
