Oh ok sry. See I actually just do what my mil did and buy the pills and poke a hole in them with a needle and squeeze the oil directly out of the vit pill onto my belly. It's thick and sticky but it works well and aborbes well. And doctor and everyone else said that is ok. But your def right taking them can be harmful bc to much vit e can be very bad.

No you.don't eat the vit e supplement for stretch marks you break the capsule open and ruin it directly on your belly, stretch marks etc wear an old shirt and do it before bed it's sticky and will stain. But too much vit e can be very bad just as bad as enough is good! Never take anything w/o along your doctor!

I've been very cautious too. If I knew of a lotion that actually worked for stretch marks other than the 4 brands I've been using I wouldn't even bother with vitamin e but I'm just so sick of not having any other options. I mean I want to stay fit and still feel pretty after my little girl is born but these stretch marks are really wearing down my confidence.

I have been using everything under the sun haha and I mean a ton of lotion and I just got some bio oil I was just trying to take another step and see if what people have been telling me is at all true. I honestly don't know what vitamin e can hurt by consuming it but until I know I'm not taking it.

Vitamin e deficiency can cause a lot of fetal defects. Also you can't absorbs calcium without vitamin d. My doctor has put me on vitamin d supplements since I was 8 weeks pregnant and im now 34weeks

I'm 30 weeks and a few days and a few have starting popping up on my sides. It's driving  me insane but I'm more concerned about the welfare of my little girl. My doctor is not very helpful at all so I've been trying to get some more feed back

I heard it was beneficial for both baby and your skin... As it helps to prevent stretch marks or tearing from the inside out. Not saying taking vitamin e will prevent stretch marks from the inside I just heard it was good to take along with using lotion and oils on your skin.
