Leg cramps

Is there anyone suffering from leg cramps? I had one the other day  and this morning. I get leg cramps only in my left leg. I don't understand! I'm scared to even sleep in bed because I was told it happens when your leg is relaxed. Please help!

Well I went to the doctor on Thursday and she told me to take magnesium, 600mg a day. It's working for me plus I'm eating bananas and water. I' would try it to those who are still suffering from it.

@ Faith_26 I'm 27 weeks as well. @ a23mckee I don't want them far and in between I want them gone lol. @ delyayle I get them bad too and I cried. I'm so miserable! I don't even sleep in my bed. I'm sitting up on the couch sleep and I haven't gotten a cramp, but it's uncomfortable, I'm tired and my left foot is swollen but I'm scared to elevate it... Hopefully eating all these bananas and drinking a lot of water helps.

My doctor told me to eat bananas and sleep with a pillow under my feet...it has helped a lot. Hope it helps you or you find something that does.
