Hi ladies! I'm just about 31 weeks and I'm starting to get pain towards the end of the day in my mid-back, towards my spine, mostly on the right side. It is an annoying ache that comes and goes. My lower back feels fine! Anyone else have pain here, or know how to manage it? I'm assuming its from the belly weight and gravity shift.I do light cardio and light weight training about 4 to 5 days per week (I'm a fitness specialist, quite active before pregnancy) thanks! !
