I have been taking it everyday.  It just makes it easier and more comfortable to go.  You won't be running to the bathroom all the time.  Just make sure you drink a lot with it.  And don't try too hard to go or those hemorrhoids will show up.  If you feel your bottom getting sore, get some Tucks pads at the drug store.  They are soothing for a raw bottom and hemorrhoids...plus they are good for after baby comes too.  Good luck!

I take that everyday ... it doesn't give you runny stool or anything or even stomach cramps it just makes it easier to go when you do ... atleast for me it does

For me hemrroids appeared bc I was going all the time. You won't be running to the bathroom right away but for me it can take at least 24 to 48 hours to kick in. I wasn't running to the bathroom but my stomach hurt before hand telling me I needed to go.
