Morning sickness

Does any one have any suggestions on how to deal with morning sickness?  I have it all day! !  I throw up and get dizzy.  Help.... please

Your dr. Will probably prescribe you zofran but the bad side effect on that is you get even more constipated than what you are right now..try sipping something cold every few minutes and some ginger ale or sprite with crackers..there is also preggie pops or jolly rancher like candies you can buy at the pharmacy at Target those helped me a bit..so did smelling fresh cut lemons for some reason so I would take it everywhere with me

My first trimester was horrible, I dealt with exactly what you are going through! :/ I would mainly get sick if I didn't eat or if what I ate didn't have the vitamins and nutrients my body needed because my baby was taking it. So, take your vitamins, and eat(: Hope this helps! Congrats & good luck!

Try ginger make it into a tea or add it to Apple juice.  It cuts down on the feeling, also the Sea Bands help if you get dizzy first.

I had the me issues at the begining of my pregnancy,  I called my doctors office spoke to a nurse and she prescribed me a pill for the nausea (sry cant remember the name). It did wonders! I still didn't fell at 100% but it was worth getting them
