Negative people!

Don't you hate when people are so negative when you say your going to do things a certain way while giving birth?  When I tell people I'm going all natural and giving birth on my hands and knees they always give me this crazy look and tell me how I'm crazy and "I can't take the pain". I've had two failed epidurals with my boys so I said forget it this time why waste the insurance time to pay for it and the nurses time.

I wanted so badly to do it naturally but my baby is breech and i am now scheduled for a c section.  Not what I want but its the best decision for my lil baby girl.

It was always my dream to go natural. Unfortunately when i had my baby i was only 19, when i pushing already, dilated to a 10, the doc just said the baby had turned and called an emergency csection. I was so confused and young i didn't argue. With the second, (18 years later) the doc didn't let me try to vback cause she didn't have the records and claimed i had an unknown scar, so against all my wishes and crying i had my second csection. Now, a year later i'm pregnant with twins, of course now they have a million reasons to not let me try again. So, i wish you all the best, you can do it, just do some research and learn how to breath through the pain.

MrsRogers I totally agree. No one is satisfied unless you do it however they did it.  Everyone is different and chooses their birth plan based on what they want, no one should be judged for it no matter what they decide.

Kboss7 it goes the same that way too. Either way people can be so negative. If you don't get a epidural your crazy and they say your not strong enough and if you do get one they try to crame all the negative things about the epidural down your throat. I wish child birth was just pain free...lol I'm going to try my best to go all the way through with it

Or when you say you are getting an epidural and the moms who choose to go natural look down on you for that, that's just as annoying and rude. Epidural or not labor is still extremely painful, don't think you (not saying you specifically) are better than me because I choose to get one.

I went all natural with my son. Everyone laughed and said i was "stupid" for not taking the meds when they are available.. I refuse to have a needle shoved in my back. The pain is awful but I think it's so worth it. I am going all natural with this baby too. I'm praying for notnso bad of back labor but I won't ever get an epidural. Everyone is allowed to choose how they want to give birth, they shouldn't be called names for it!

Since ur last epidurals failed shouldn't u already be considered as having given birth naturally?..... I went natural with my 2nd and I applaud anyone who decides to go that route,  despite the position. . YOU GO MAMA!!! GOOD LUCK
