PCOS 2 months late neg tests

So I was diagnosed with pcos about 1 year ago. In July I had my copper iud removed. I was getting more regular with my periods until December. My last cycle was on December 14th. I have taken at home tests that were negative. I have done two urine tests at the doctors and a blood test. All negative. I am very bloated, when the doctor pushed on my lower stomach it was tender. I have been having really bad heart burn for the last two weeks. I am wondering what is causing me not to start my period, when I was just getting back to a normal cycle?  I do not have any cysts on my ovaries. The doctor told me that I have two or of the three major signs of pcos, the higher testosterone levels and the little over weight. I haven't gained any weight since December may a pound or two. I did the blood test today and the doctor said that if it came back negative then you are not pregnant and that is that.... I am wondering if that is true.  Or could I still possibly be pregnant, and if not what could be wrong with me.
Than you.

I have pcos as well, some woman dont get there period for months and thats another tell tale sign that you probably have pcos. It ***** trying to get pregnant because every month that your late you wonder if your pregnant. We had to go through IUI to get pregnant it took 3 trys but eventually it did work. I am almost 41 weeks now :) try not to get too discouraged if you are trying ;)
