I just had this happen for the past two days..... it really scared me at first but I researched & everything said it's normal to swell, turn red, & itch. I just had swelling & some redness but they said it's from pressure & luckily I woke up & it was gone back to normal just this morning as a matter of fact

I had this for weeks with this pregnancy.  Never experienced it first time.  But I was in agony with it. I found sticking a pillow under my bum at night and sleeping like that really helped relieve the swelling for morning. It occurred again by the evening after being at work on feet/sitting at computer but it helps. Also using a cold compress when you go to the loo just for a few mins helps during the day.

I'm 29 weeks too and have been having that pain for about 3 weeks now. It comes and goes but is pretty normal. I also didn't have it with my first but I've been told that is also normal because baby 1 will "break you in" and baby's after will make you feel more soreness.

Its from the pressure off the baby causing increased blood flow . You may be having vulvar varicosities. From what I read they will get better after delivery. I am having some of the same issues. Hang in there and stay off your feet when you can

Yes! I'm 30 weeks and have very swollen lady parts... try a warm bath... it helps with the pain my swelling had been consistent for the last several weeks!

Just make sure it's not a yeast infection. No itching or redness.

I think its pretty normal, I don't remember it from my first pregnancies, but its happened twice this one. It only last a few days, not sure why it happens but I've heard a few others talk about it on here to.
