RLS?!!

Anyone else have restless legs at night?!! I swear as soon as my head gits the pillow my legs get so uncomfortable. It literally takes me hours to fall asleep.

Me too. For the last three months. It's awful and prevents me from sleeping for a long time every night. A couple weeks ago they found out I'm very anemic and I started taking extra iron twice a day and it helps a little but. I also drink magnesium every night which helps relax muscles. It's a powder you mix with water called natural calm. And Epsom salt baths help, but I can't do that every night.

Yes I do.  I usually get my partner to massage my hamstring and sometimes walk around for a bit. Never tried meds for it because my Dr just suggested massage in an upward motion.

I agree. I'm only 28.4 weeks and I got it to. The bigger I get the worse it gets to. But at least its not for to long just 5 month lol
