It's a specific ingredient in unisom so be sure to ask your dr. Which one. I was prescribed phenigren which stops the nausea and would allow me to eat a little. Whatever you find doesn't make you sick keep eating it lol pizza was the  one thing that I could eat. If you're vomiting 3+ days in a row talk to your dr. Try I've cold water with lemon. Peppermint altoids, ******* pops from motherhood maternity, Gummi prenatals take at night. I tried crackers right when I woke up but it never helped me. Try to not take hot showers and some days I just didn't brush my tongue. Move slow in the a.m. and listen to your body. My morning sickness lasted 20 weeks.

Ginger will help you . Make your own tea, or try to eat it raw if you like it.

My doctor said Unisom (the sleep aid) and B6 vitamins.  B6 would be taken throughout the day (3 times) and Unisom just at night.  Peppermint candies for nausea, or, sour hard candies.  Sour makes you salivate more, which calms the nausea (not sure why, but all of my pregnant friends mention it).  Small meals multiple times a day.  I'm 9w3d and from 5 weeks until 8 weeks I was nauseous ALL THE TIME.  I haven't tried the Unisom/B6 combo myself, because my the time I had my first OB visit (yesterday) my nausea has become less of an issue.  Good luck!

I would drink tea but try to make fruit smoothies that might be easier to keep in your tummy.  Best of luck and congrats!

A lot of people at that point take zofran so they don't get dehydrated. Try eating real small meals often.

Hopefully by the time you're in the second trimester the sickness will go away. Ask your doctor for something that will ease the vomiting. God bless.
