Sharp right pelvic pain.

I posted this in thr 18-25 group but havent had any input. Hopefully you ladies can help with this. Today the right side of my pelvic area has been hurting. Kinda like a dull aching pain. When I was peeing earlier a pain shot down from my pelvic area all the way down my leg and actually caused my leg to go numb for a couple minutes. Afterwards my leg feels fine but my pelvic area hurts and every time I pee and push a little it hurts really bad. I'm 20 weeks. Is this normal? Is the baby maybe sitting on a nerve?
