Sleep

I'm only six weeks pregnant and it is so hard to sleep comfortably already. I wake up with pain in my neck and shoulder daily. I also spend most of the night tossing and turning. Has anyone else experienced the difficulty sleeping so early in their pregnancy?

I think that having a very active 3 year old doesn't help my sleep situation either. I'm just going to buy a pregnancy pillow and call it a day lol.

You'll be fine. Please don't take pills to help unless specifically prescribed by your doctor for you. They could harm your baby or worse. Just think your barely allowed to take a couple of paracetomol.
I am 7 wks and like you i spend the night tossing and turning. You body is growing a beautiful complex little life so nothing inside you is sleeping! Just try and rest as much as possible i know its hard (i have a 4 yr old)
