Sleeping on your stomach?

Ok with my first son I was able to sleep on my stomach till I was about 6 months along. Then it got too uncomfortable. The thing that really worries me is I sleep on my stomach with my second one but this one I have an anterior placenta and I can't feel her move as much and I'm just wondering if it's even safe to sleep on you're stomach at all?
