Stomach cramps have dissappeared

Im 9weeks pregnant and have had stomach cramps every day all day for the last 3 weeks, which seems pretty normal as this is what everybodys saying. But today nothing?!? Not even a twinge or a little cramp, do you think i need to be worried? (1st baby and my docs still haven't sorted out a midwife yet so wanted some other ladies advise)

I'm 13 weeks & I have cramps on and off. Remember that your body is changing. You should only be worried if you have extreme cramps and red blood. Woosah. Sending blessings your way!
