Stretch & sweep.

Friday I wasn't even a cm had just a stretch done and have been having contractions here and there and losing plug since. Well I just got back from prenatal today and he said I'm a tad over 2 cm! He did a second stretch, and included a membrane sweep. Painful as **** but hopefully something happens!!! Has anyone had it be successful from 2 cm? I'm on my yoga ball doing a bit of bouncing right now and will be going out for a walk soon. He said if anything should be in the 24-48 hour period but if not I am back next week to book induction :(  what are the  chances things will get going from those two stretches?

I was sitting at 3cm on Tuesday and dr did a stretch and sweep and its now over a week later and still no baby. (had bloody show and on and off contractions the whole week as well)

I'm worried hubby won't be back in time. If something happens ah this *****. He's working 2 hours away all week -_- I had bloody show around 1245...

I'm not sure when my mine started bc with this Labour my contractions were very weird I didn't have them at all in my stomach I just had them in my pelvis the hole time and they started out just like period cramps but we're coming every 1-2 minutes

It's super painful lol. I believe it's when they separate your water from your cervix? Not 100% sure. The stretch is just when they stretch your cervix with their fingers - not as painful but still kinda uncomfy.

That sounds dangerous.   I'd complain until they take that toy out of there.

How long does it usually take for contractions to start after one?

Yep I was... I talked to get daycare this morning and it turns out they have play beans which I find a little much for an infant room. And apparently she are them and the coating is being dissolved in her stomach then they are splitting and expanding in her stomach. She's been pooping them all weekend so if she has one more poop like that I'm going to emerg.

I'd say its pretty good... were you the momma with the 12 month old who was pooping funny? If so how is she doing?

I had one at 3cm dialated and stayed having contractions 30 mins later had my daughter 5hrs after they did it

I had a membrane sweep last Wednesday and I wasn't even dilated, I had him Friday morning at 115 hope everything goes well
