Nothing has ever worked for me. I tryed all kinds of stuff :-( but oh well I got them now there's not much I can do now lol.
If your gonna get them your gonna get um. I do how ever use Coconut oil everyday and it helps. And I used it after my first and it helps the appearance greatly.
TriLastin maternity is the best thing you can buy.
Bio oil is the best.I've been using since I'm week 10.now I'm 36 weeks.and only have a little one on my side.oh and my monther got a tons of them all over her thighs.
Thanks ladies! Im going to get some bio oil and some coco oil! And drink lots of water and hope it works!
Use bio oil! U start using it at the beginning of your 2nd trimester..
I actually just bought mine yesterday...
Try it!
Stretch marks aren't preventable. They're hereditary. If your mother has rhem, you are more likely to (although not always). Bio oil is go
reat for fading them afterward though
Thanks for the advice! I already have some so im gunna try the coco butter and if i get more oh well but its worth a try! Thanks for the advice ladies!
With my first pregnancy I got stretch marks on my boobs very early in my pregnancy, and didn't get stretch marks on my side's until nearly the 8th month. With this pregnancy I already got a few stretch marks where my belly button is and probably a few little ones underneath my belly, I'll probably get a few more as I get bigger since I'm currently 28wks. I started using coconut oil as well in hopes to lessen the damage, but if it doesn't then oh well.. I can live with them and in time they will fade and hopefully become hardly noticeable..
I didn't have any stetch mark before being pregnant. I've been using Palmer's Cocoa Butter from about week 10. I'm almost 33 weeks now. I've never got any up to now.
I spoke to my midwife about it the other day cos she's mentioned it twice about me not having any. She said it is genetic & it also depends on your age. The younger u are, the more likely u are to get them.
My sister has a friend who spent a fortune on expensive creams & ended up with loads, just like her mam.
Also, drinking a lot a of water helps to keep your skin moist & is supposed to reduce/stop them aswell ;-)
I've been using coconut oil every day. I have a small amount of stretch marks still though.
