If im on my feet a lot I start aching down there and it does help if I stay off my feet for a bit, I have had more varicose vains in my legs this time around so maybe that's all it is, thanks!

It could just be the extra blood flow but I would call your doctor
Might be a UTI ...yeast....or a std
