Tubes Tied????

So I'm considering tying my tubes after this pregnancy. I've read and heard that for the procedure, they inflate you. Now this brings concern because I've also heard of cases where some women have stayed bloated and makes it impossible for them to loose the weight. Now I'm well aware that pretty much everyone on here is probably pregnant, lol, but I'm curious to know if there is anyone that has heard or know someone who this has happened to. Help please!!! ☺

Related person to me tied her tubes...she has different side effects now...  a friends of mine regrets it now...  just my thoughts:  if anything, don't get rid of your period, it's a way for your body to renew somewhat, get rid of things...  after all there's a reason we have it...not something I'd consider doing...

If you are considering getting your tubes tied..another thing to ask your doctor is doubling it up with an ablation..they do both procedures at the same time and you have almost no period after an ablation..it basically burns your uterus with hot water but it's an in and out procedure..sounds worse than it is I have heard

My mom had that done after my sister was born & never had any issues. She lost weight & doesn't appear bloated at all (that was 9yrs ago).

My mother had hers done and I was taking to her about it. She never mentioned having that issue or it potentially being an issue and she was pretty thorough when explaining it. I'm also contemplating it if I'm confirmed to have multiples.
