Twins with Irregular Gestational Sac?

I just had my first ultrasound yesterday at 6w1d and the doctor found two heartbeats! The heartbeats were in one sac which means they would be identical, but high risk.  My sac was also very irregular shaped and I was told I have a very high chance of miscarrying.  Has anyone else had anything similar to this?  And did the pregnancy work out?  I am supposed have a second ultrasound in a week so I am hopeful that the shape of my sac will have changed! Thanks!

I need help, went to the ER yesterday cause I started bleeding they did and ultrasound that said they found several irregular sac like structures which I don't know what it means also without a well-defined fetal pole and or fetal heartbeat. Did blood work for the first time and the hcg levels were 5578 I have no idea how far along I am since last month on Nov 10 I was spotting.
Can someone please help me I don't know what's going on and I will see my doctor until this coming Friday after Christmas
