Hydrate! Make sure u eat ur shaking because sometimes during pregnancy ur blood pressure drops because ur sugar is low. It could be dangerous dont push ur self

Try to put feet up at work. Eat something to give you energy and sugar.
Eat a lil something drink a bunch of water and sit down and cool off as much as possible
