Very sick and looking for answers

This is my 4th pregnancy.  1st - daughter, 2nd - mc, 3rd - daughter.  Yesterday morning at 3am I woke up with stomach cramps, low blood sugar, and ended up having some major diarrhea.  The diarrhea continued all day, I had a lack of appetite, but was able to keep fluids in until about 2:30 in the afternoon when I vomitted for the first time.  I continued to vomit and have diarrhea ever since.  As of right now I've kept down 1oz of water every 1/2 hour since 4:30am this morning.  Still not wanting to eat since I feel very nauseated even just drinking the water.  Any ideas?  Stomach flu?  Severe morning sickness?  Combo?  I haven't had my first ob appointment yet since I'm 6wks4days today.  My appt is scheduled for Dec 2nd.  I have been doing the 1oz of water thing as recommended by a nurse at a local small town hospital.

Thank you all for the help.  I tried Gatorade, but that didn't sit well with me will give a fizzy pop a try.  Water has been the only thing to stay down, even though is has begun to be unappealing.

Diarrhea and constipation are common in pregnancy. Really try to stay hydrated. Especially having diarrhea and vomiting.

Sounds kind of like the stomach flu. I would make a regular dr appointment just to be sure.

I'm sorry to hear this. I am struggling with nausea and vomiting and I'm almost 20 weeks. Drinking at least 64 oz of fluids is important. I have been able to keep sprit and powerade down ok. Water is not a good thing to try and stomach when your nauseated. Also having soup is a form or nutrition and counts as fluids too. Your doctor may be able to prescribe something like Zofran that should help. Take your prenatal vitamins at night before bed. This will help too.
