Vit d2 1.25 mg

Is it ok to take vitamin d2 in 1.25 mg once a week when pregnant? My doctor says yes, that I need them because I have a deficiency. I even asked if I should take less.

If your Dr said you need to take them because you have a deficiency, then maybe you should listen to him

And you think that the Internet is more reliable than your doctor?  ;)

Seriously, follow your doctor's advice.  If the local natural-living pal told you to take 1.25 mg of vitamin d2, you should ask your doctor.  But if your actual doctor told you to, then do it.
