Water...

How are you on drinking water?  I have given up on soda and crystal light because of indigestion. But I hate plain water. Anyone have any ideas I can try. I know I need it I can feel it.  Anyway, any advice would help. FYI I'm prego with number 5 and I'm 7 weeks.

Yes!! Omg its the best, my mom discovered it on pinterest, water that you soak lemon and cucumber slices in with fresh mint its Soo tasty and along with that it helps with inflammation and its got way more minerals than normal water and no inflammation means if you get water retention later on and drink that it will help it to go away awesome stuff, sorry if you don't like cucumbers that's all I've got :/. Oh i also have reason to believe it helps with constipation but that's not what it said it was good for but out helps me!

I ate a jolly rancher while drinking a bottle of water. Made the water taste like whatever flavor I had in my mouth and it helped me.

I love water. I drink three liters at work and two more at home. Lemon water really helped during my first trimester though. :-) good luck!

I used mio through my whole pregnancy because plain water made me sick to my stomach. I was able to keep up with my intake and now six months after it is still all I drink!

If you can get a jug to put your water in and cut up either strawberries, kiwi fruit, lemon wedges, orange wedges or another fruit you like and leave it for a while, Strain when you are ready to drink, the water will take on the subtle flavour of the fruit, really good if you can't do plain water. Or put both the fruit and water into a water bottle if you want to go out and about.
