Will my test be accurate?

I have been having many symptoms such as missed period( period is always on time), more tired than usual, sore boobs and moody. I have taken two tests, one on the day of my expected period and one at four days late. I got a faint positive on both but I took both tests in the morning. I have an appt today for a urine test at 330 today. Will my test still be accurate that late in the day? Should I not drink a lot or go pee throughout the day before my appt?

Hoping the best for you. And I know from reading the comments that you got your answer and you are pregnant but just putting it out there that you can indeed get a false positive. Happened to me. My husband and I weren't TTC at the time (we were only married for 3 months). But I was gaining weight in my stomach like I was pregnant, my boobs got a little bigger, I was producing colostrum, and had a few other "pregnancy related symptoms," went to my ob. And there was no baby or sac on the u/s. No matter how they tried. So they did a blood test and came back negative for pregnancy and positive for hypo thyroid. My ob said the hypo thyroid gave me all the indicators of a pregnancy including the false positive from the hpt. But for a couple of years now I've been off meds and my thyroid is normal.

I went to the ER and they did urine test I have a uti so they have antibiotics. Then did a blood test it came back with hcg being 8 so I'm technically still pregnant although it dropped from 18. I go In on Saturday to do bloodwork again to see of the hcg went to 0 or doubled. Hoping for the best :)

Depends on the color and amount.  If it's lightly, you are probably okay, but you can call your doctor just in case!  Congratulations!

Hello everyone thanks so much for the feedback! I went in for my appt today and the urine test came back negative but because they said I could be so early and because the test was taken later on in the day they decided to take blood. I should have the results by tomorrow :))

I always drink A LOT of water to where my pee is clear and my tests always came up positive at both drs offices so idk how that can mess with the results being accurate!

Keep drinking lots of water, but right before the test, maybe switch to something less hydrating, ha ha.  You want to be able to have to go, but you don't want it too watered down.

You may not want to drink a lot close to your app time. That can dilute your urine.

A line is a line.  Just hold your pee for a couple if hours before you go to the doctor. They will probably also order a blood test
