I'm 26wks and my acne is awful. I've never had acne like this and you're right its very embarrassing! Im told that Clean and Clear works really good so I'll be trying that.

I dealt with very bad acne til I was about 4 monthes preggo. I used noxema to wash my face but would use robbing alcohol afterward to get what the noxema missed, it helped a lot. I'm now 36 and 5 with my first boy, and haven't fought the acne since the end of April beginning of May.

I never got acne until getting pregnant, and now its terrible. I've found that Stridex wipes work wonders if you'll use them regularly. They're pretty cheap too. Just, be cautious...I am having to use them on my face, chest and back, and have recently found stretch marks on my boobs...so if you're.having to do more than your face, try to use the wipes and  still lotion. (like one in the morning, and one at night)

I use Neutrogena acne face wash, and the astringent pads. Wash your face twice a day with the wash, and for extra help, use the pads before bed. It really helps keep my breakouts down.
